Hands rolling fresh pasta on a floured wooden table in a sunny kitchen with copper pans, lemons and eggs.

Rosa has cooked at the villa for thirty-one years. She teaches tagliatelle, ravioli with lake fish and a lemon tart, and does not believe in measuring cups.
